How to apply to be the graduate exchange student in UCLA

in this website, there is a title, "Graduate and Ph.D. Exchange at UCLA ", just follow the description.

in the "Program" options, it is called, "Departmentally Approved International Student Exchange XIG".

So, above is how i applied for the program.
